Our client is now looking for a 2nd LEVEL SUPPORT ENGINEER DIGITAL TV.
Your main responsibilities will be:
■ Service and maintenance for the DTV and DTH services
■ Analysis and follow-up of digital incidents
■ Assistance with trouble-shooting and guidance on DTV and DTH
technical standards and processes
■ Review and analyze the impact on the platforms and networks of
DTV-related requests for changes
If you have experience in:
■ Maintenance and support of DTV broadcast and interactive
platforms
■ Design and implementation of DTV service delivery
■ Configuration and management of DTV Broadcast devices
■ Design and/or operations of DTV infrastructure
■ Working with DTV broadcast & digital related interactive
platforms and transport systems
And also have:
■ A good level of English
■ Technical skills: Windows (MS Office, Visio), UNIX
