Customer Support Specialist - for German and English Speakers, for Bucharest
 
Personal Skills required:
- Excellent German & English writing and speaking skills.
- Brings a high standard in friendliness and professional interaction with 
customers.
- Efficient communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Solution-oriented and capable to explain technical complexity in simple terms

The support agent should have:

- Experience in problem solving of complex technical environment
- Good PC skills and be used to navigate in a Windows environment.
- Networking knowledge background it is a plus.
 
Responsabilities: 

The Helpdesk Staff covers the following areas:

- Catch incoming incidents (email and phone).
- Respond within agreed Service Level Parameters.
- Offer quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on a knowledgebase 
of previous incidents and approved incident resolutions.
