1. TEAM LEADER
Job Description:
Lead a team of customer support representatives, acting as a role model and
offering them feedback and training where necessary.
Take responsibility for the team activities.
Coordinate and prioritize between cases and assignments (test etc).
Be able to take day-to-day decisions on your own and follow those through.
Be able to follow work-flow processes, both for support but also for management.
Give feedback to the Management Team on team members' performances, assists the
recruitment and selection process.
Make decisions related to team structure, human resources or regarding any
other personal or team activity within the company, solely in line with the
strategy developed by the company and supported by the Management Team.
Conduct planning and status meetings within the team.
Consult with the other team members in order to coordinate projects and working
hours.
Work together with other teams to ensure smooth coordination and integration of
common outcomes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
Higher education diploma technical profile.
Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
Proved success with organizational skills.
Ability to manage and supervise teams and projects.
Training and coaching skills.
Good people skills, important for dealing with potential "angry" customers that
may originate from other cultures/countries
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with
a diverse group of clients.
Good conceptual and analytical thinking, synthesis.
Ability to work productively in a team.
Good and efficient problem solving-response.
Professional, assertive, creative, energetic.
Initiative, spontaneity.
Ability to work well under deadline and with less supervision.
Working abilities in a pro-active and structured manner.
Action and self-improvement oriented.
Must excel in both written and spoken English since all communication with
customers and colleagues are done in this language (corporate language).
2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 2.
Customer service representative interacts with customers to provide information
in response to inquiries about products and services. They also handle and
resolve customer's complaints.
Job Description:
Responsible for handling general and technical questions from customers through
chat, e-mail, fax and call.
Consulting our customers (e.g. concerning their website, billing requests,
registrations).
Collaborating on company projects.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
-Relevant IT-background/education (network, Open Source for Linux/Sun Solaris
applications, databases).
-Minimum 3 years of technical support (various Windows-platforms ranging from
Win98-Win2008) but also a bit of Apple Mac knowledge if possible.
-Service minded, have good patience and understanding/respect for business,
users and common priority in case handling.
-General knowledge about IT-infrastructure (Windows Active Directory, Global
Policies, software deployment)
-Team player with good positive attitude.
-Be able to follow work-flow processes.
-Basic knowledge about other remote/education tools is preferable.
-Able to work well under deadline and with less supervision.
Must excel in both written and spoken English since all communication with
customers and colleagues are done in this language (corporate language).
