And not just because a vast number of managers, all of a sudden and without prior preparation have been thrown in the maelstrom of downsizing, restructuring and reorganizing. This alone would have sufficed, no doubt, but what is more clear than ever is that we need a new way to run large organizations. Our current corporate governance model is fundamentally flawed.
