IBM Business Analytics Customer Support Technical Support Analyst Smarter Analytics Technical Support. This role is working at the forefront of one of IBM's major growth initiatives - Business Analytics Software. Based in IBM’s Software Lab in Bucharest, the Business Analytics Technical Support team provides technical support to our many customers around the globe. We provide an excellent environment for learning new skills while helping our customers achieve success through our products. The Challenge ● Work as part of a team to provide remote technical and software applicationsupport to IBM's Business Analytics customers. ● This is not a Call Centre role, we are looking for confident and technically astute individuals who are comfortable working in a second level environment facing challenging technical problems. ● Contribute technical content to the Customer Support Knowledge Base ● Work with experienced analysts, consultants and product development to resolve difficult technical issues. ● Set-up testcases and reproduce complex customer environments. Your Expertise · Be technically astute and have the ability to quickly pick up new technical skills and concepts. Product training will be provided in the relevant software. · It is equally important to us that you are customer focused, team oriented and can demonstrate a high level of communication skills. · A Computer Science or a technology related degree or similar experience. Also desirable are the following skills: · An understanding of how to troubleshoot in a technical environment. · An understanding of programming and application development. · An understanding of Business Intelligence Software. · Any additional European language The Rewards · Excellent grounding for a role in Consultancy, Technical Sales and/or Software Development. · Become an expert in Business Analytics Software and become IBM certified in Business Analytics. · Pick up key business skills communicating with major IBM customers.
