• offering customer support to clients around the globe 
• assisting and counseling Nobel customers over the phone and via email

• Advanced English speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
• Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (especially afternoon and night 
shifts)
• Excellent communication skills and patience
