Stable branch requires in terms of CI:
* sending patch to yaml to add ovirt-engine-4.0 jobs (standard ci)
* adding setup/upgrade jobs to 4.0 (clone from
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-engine_master_upgrade-from-3.6_el7_merged/)
* clone findbugs job (still on old jenkins) to 4.0
* add new 4.0 branches to gerrit hooks
* add new publisher to 4.0
* add new ovirt-system-tests job to 4.0
* add new dao tests to 4.0 (still not migrated to std ci)
Please update if I forgot anything, else we'll need to monitor closely space on
jenkins and load on slaves due to the fact we're moving to support 3 versions
in parallel.
