Hi,
We've at last got iMS in our production environment today, and now I'm seeing
the following warning/error in the SMTP log immediately after the
initialization strings. I haven't seen this error until today:

Extension failed (HSE_STATUS_ERROR)
03/21/2006 08:45:58 AM [001] WARNING: Application server response:
03/21/2006 08:45:58 AM [001] WARNING: Template=D:\iMS\Domains\RCPT.cfm
03/21/2006 08:45:58 AM [001] Invalid result from template
We're just using the SMTP server for bounce processing--everything else we
throw away. As a result, it seemed easier to just put all of the processing in
the DATA template, which means the RCPT template is virtually blank. here's
the complete text of the RCPT template:
<!--- For our purposes, we want to let everything flow through to DATA, and
then only process bounces, so this file becomes painfully simple.
If we start to get a lot of non-bounce mails, we can do more to deny here --->
result=accept
...and that's it. I wouldn't think that the contents of the RCPT template
would be causing this error. And it does appear to be the case that the DATA
template is getting invoked appropriately, so that would suggest that iMS is
mapped to the correct DLL.
Any help would be appreciated.
