We have isolated this problem to the tokenization process. We are only losing
characters (and seeing much shorter "word wrap" lines) in the portions of our
messages that have been tokenized by iMS.
We reviewed past correspondence with CoolFusion support and saw that this same
issue was resolved in the past but, back then, we weren't addressing a problem
in tokenization, just the main message body was being addressed.
Whatever fix was applied to this in the past should now be applied to the
tokenization process. . .please. . .please. . .please. . .our senders are
getting very embarrassing broken links and images because of this problem.
