I am looking for some feedback from eMail Admins on this list as far as best practices when it comes to managing user email accounts. What I am basically looking for is, do you put restrictions on your users when it comes to how long you allow them to keep emails archived? Another concern I have, is the amount of diskspace you allow your users to have? Any feedback from other admins would be greatly appreciated.
