This is a total shot in the dark, but...
Is your iMS directory in c:\iMS on your new server, or somewhere
else? is c:\iMS\out\queued\ a valid folder path on your new server?
Also, how are you sending out your images? Isn't there a way with
iMS where somehow you can send the images to the client at the same
time as the message body (rather than letting the message body
download images like a browser)? Is that how you're sending HTML
emails? If not, I would find it odd that there's any reference to an
image file in your iMS logs at all.
That's probably no help at all.
