Yes, ran into this a few months back..
I fixed it by searching the registry for the IMS-SE keys and deleting them.
(After un-installing it of course)
I can't remember the exact key but it was something like ODS or On-Line Data
Solutions, if you can't find it with a few guesses reply and I'll check my
server's registry for you.
