Outlook by default sends email as HTML and I believe decodes it in base64
encoding.
When cfx_odsmime reads outlook messages one can only see the email under the
odsmime_html (or something close -- see documentation) variable.
Since your log indicates that the message was received than the message was
received.
There are other incompatibilities between outlook and IMS server but I
digress...
