I don't have any kind of benchmarks but I will say that the internal engine has been
much improved as well as the way that the cfx
and sending engine operate. What I mean by this is that before, if you wanted to send
custom emails via a query you would have done
something like:
Query
Query loop
--- custom email (cfx tag) ---
/Query loop
Now, you can do it this way:
Query
--- custom email (cfx tag) ---
Much simpler and faster both in mail creation and sending.
And, since the upgrade is free, I see no reason not to upgrade once 2.1 is released.
And, this is only the start of some very nice new features that we're planning for
subsequent releases.
