It has been brought to my attention that there is a problem with the latest
post server. It is recommended that anyone who has
upgraded to 2.1.3 please download and install 2.1.1 (2.1.2 was not
released).
2.1.1 can be downloaded here:

I apologize for this and we will have a fix ASAP.
