The folders are used according to certain rules.  If there is one recipient in one 
domain then the mail is stored in that user's
folder.  If there are multiple recipients in the same domain then the mail is stored 
in the domain folder.  If there are multiple
recipients in multiple domains then the mail is stored in the main folder.
