We have our test server using php4isapi.dll which is dated 4/20 (I suspect that the
date on the file refers to the revision since
we're using php 4.20) with a size of 24,576 bytes and it works fine.
The error you are seeing is something you should only see if you are mapped to an
invalid DLL.
