I'm not sure that it is. Sending a message to the mail server works ok, but using the mail server to send a message fails. If you set your outgoing mail server to mail.cfregex.com and send any mail, even mail to a cfregex.com address, you get this message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]', Server: '66.150.49.50', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E every time. I'm not seeing anything with this error in the logs. It's like the attempt to use the cfregex server to send mail just doesn't connect to the server at all.
