The program is fairly straightforward and includes a small readme file. FYI - here are some results using the tool:
Server 1
Total Attempts = 500 Total Time = 51.371 seconds Total OK = 146 Total NG = 354 Average Response Time = 0.102742 seconds Response time is exceptional Success % = 29.2 DNS Server should not be used
Server 2
Total Attempts = 500 Total Time = 128.019 seconds Total OK = 500 Total NG = 0 Average Response Time = 0.256038 seconds Response time is good Success % = 100 Exceptional
In the above testing (which was done on live servers and is not fabricated) shows that Server 1 should not be used for MX resolutions whereas Server 2 is fine.
