I am getting this error when trying to connect. This error also shows up when trying to get availability.

That's the latest one available (v3.5 is being released shortly but has no changes in regard to mail formatting). If you send me an example of the mail off-list then I'll look at it but, AFAIK, the formatting of the CFX is fine.
