It would fail anyway as there are no dns records at all for :
mail.eaglehawk-computing.com.au
There are for : eaglehawk-computing.com.au
The Socket error is a different issue and yes we have these as well it is a problem at the other mail server end. Sometimes temproary sometimes not.
