That means that the inFusionEngine is not configured.  You can configure this from the File menu of the configurator.  The iMS Quick Start Guide (available on our downloads page) has a section on this.

We are contemplating adding a CF server with IMS Scheduler. I have installed a demo copy of IMS on the new server and started trying to test it, however the scheduler keeps responding with the same output:
 
5/26/2004 1:15:13 PM [0] Run Template D:\ims\mailscheduler\templates\GetEvents.cfm. Look for RESULT=OK.
5/26/2004 1:15:13 PM [0] *** Process Time *** 0 ms.
5/26/2004 1:15:13 PM [0] *** Error ***  was not registered!
 
What does this mean? The demo license hasn't expired yet.
