Right now we only have the full installers available - we may have the update packages 
later on this week.

As for the POST Server and CPU - that is not really a problem, it's more of a 
limitation of the server.  If the server can't handle the allocated number of threads 
then you should set the POST setting lower.  The only real issue with CPU is if a 
process uses 100% available CPU and stays there which is not the case.

One reason that the POST server uses a good amount of CPU is that it is, frankly, very 
fast and does a lot of work in a small amount of time.
