I'm pleased to announce the immeditate availability of iMS version 2.7c. This version has some new security features and a few minor fixes.
#----------------------------------------------# - max remote connects to smtp and pop server You can now specify the maximum number of connections allowed per non-local IP address (prevents DOS attacks) #----------------------------------------------# - smtp connection termination on large email (user specified size) You can now specify an abolute maximum email size to prevent huge, unwanted emails when the remote system ignores the stated maximum email size. #----------------------------------------------# - ClamAV support for Prism A PrismAV license also allows you to scan emails with ClamAV (www.clamav.net) #----------------------------------------------# - scheduler max simultaneous jobs setting You can now limit to total number of running scheduler jobs #----------------------------------------------# scheduler shutdown timer (time to wait for jobs to terminate) The scheduler will wait for a maximium time before terminating upon shutdown. #----------------------------------------------# iSE improvement You can now specify retries for iSE #----------------------------------------------# There are also a few fixes with the configurator. iMS 2.7c can be downloaded from our web site.
