Hi,
i've been running iMS without problems for well over a year
a couple of days ago, an email was scheduled to a mailing list, containing several addresses from the same company/domain
unfortunately, for a couple of the domains, it sent in excess of 300,000 duplicates over 2 days (until they reported it, and the iMS post server was stopped sharpish)
generally, the size of the daily post logs is around 5MB, peaking at 50MB on a heavy day, but over these two days they've grown over 2GB
it seems to have been repeatedly retrying up to 20 times a second, while the post delivery retry time is set to 30 mins
is there any way i can tweak the cfm templates to prevent this reoccuring - i've generally been using iMS out-the-box, and have no real idea where to start with them...
i'm guessing this is a one off occurance, and will be fine when restarted, but slightly paranoid to do that just yet
