What would cause all available SMTP threads to be locked for over 24 hours? 
Resulting in contimual 'Server Too Busy" messages in the log?

I see a lot of connections (up to my licence limit) yesterday evening but then nothing 
else seems to happen, except for all other connections being refused. I also note in the 
SMTP settings a parameter for "Timeout for received message" that I assume 
means that connections should timeout if they have been idle for a period (60 seconds in 
this case) but that doesn't appear to have happened...

Is there something else I should be considering?

I'm running version V2.5
