#365: initng does not initialize selinux

 Ok, now this is getting really strange. When I try to compile latest svn
 or 0.6.6 I just get the following:

 -- Looking for include files HAVE_SELINUX_H
 -- Looking for include files HAVE_SELINUX_H - not found.
 CMake Error: Could not find selinux header files

 And yes, /usr/include/selinux/selinux.h is there alright. If I remove the
 check (comment out the CHECK_INCLUDE_FILES and replace it with
 SET(HAVE_SELINUX_H ON)) everything works just fine. What's the matter with
 that CHECK_INCLUDE_FILES?
