This should only happen with older ifiles. Can you try to purge and
reinstall the files? It seems as if dpkg doesn't notice that the ifiles
down't own this directory anymore, but
/usr/share/vim/vimfiles/syntax/initng.vim and
/usr/share/vim/vimfiles/ftdetect/initng.vim
