A quick search on Google did not lead to real comparisons between
sysvinit and initng on Fedora specifically.
There are quite some interesting bootcharts[1] though.

My problem to publish initng charts from my machines is that not every
service supported by sysvinit that I use is already supporter by initng,
so startup comparisons would still be uncomparable. When I get time, I
write or fix some, but this is going slowlier than I would like.
I'm using Debian Sid or Etch.
