I tested initng on a friend's machine, and no, I don't get them.

Do you have symlinked initng to /sbin/init?

If you did, then that's the problem.

If you replace the `...` thing to 1, as I said before, all your problems
should go away.

That line was "kill -SIGHUP 1" in the past, but changed to cope with
some _broken_ setup.
