Hello,

while reviewing some tickets, I found this one (as part of the GSoC 2007 
proposal) and it made me wonder why we don't use ucspi-tcp (by Dan 
Bernstein)? I don't know whether we are allowed to take his code (I think we 
may, but as said, I'm not sure), but even though a user could utilize 
tcpclient and tcpserver which are monitored by InitNG. I don't think that 
InitNG needs to be a initd replacement.
