Ok, i found out on irc that it's possible to specify runlevel on the 
bootprompt so Ismael thought it was better to keep the file extensions. 
So then it'll be:

/etc/initng/runlevel/default.runlevel
/etc/initng/runlevel/system.virtual
/etc/initng/runlevel/local.virtual
