Hello,
the current SVN has a build problem: When configuring the sources using
CMake, the runlevel is set, either by the user or a default value is used.
This is normally substituted in config.h, but that fails, leading to InitNG
looking for a file called "${RUNLEVEL_DEFAULT}".
I don't know much about the CMake substitution stuff, that's why I'm just
pointing it out instead of sending a patch, sorry. :-(
