I carefully reviewed all the known options, and found Gitorious to be the best. The second option is InDefero, which looks better in some ways, but sadly is too space-limited. Anyways, Gitorious is better suited to the distributed development model. I already created repos for initng and initng-scripts, but it will be official by the next weekend :).
