Howdy, So I'd like to propose that we file the incontestability affidavits on the name and the logo, but not the slogan. I really like the slogan, but I don't think it's as important to the project overall. We should file maintenance on the slogan though.
So I'd propose this motion: I move we file maintenance affidavits on all three marks (name, logo and slogan) and incontestability affidavits on the name and logo. Total would be $700. Ted
