The 'internal' links can only be seen in the dropdown. For those it is normal that there is nothing in the URL field.

The editor offers some additional options for setting properties of the link via 'Edit Link' (never tried if they work!), but the wording is a bit inappropriate - it seems supposed to mean 'Edit additional link properties', not 'Edit URL' ;) Maybe that was just too long... If you have 'non-plugin' links, those can be edited via 'Edit link', also their URL, as one would expect.
