Hi all, So I make the suggestion — :). The English page for the Hackfest 2016 was unpublished, I re-published it without worrying much mainly for these reasons: * the page was still accessible in other languages; * that was a dead link in the English navigation menu; * I have a lack of maturity in managing community projects (as I generally fear communication).
As Maren suggests below, this page should be moved out from the menu (I never did such an act on the Inkscape website, I don't even know if I have the rights to do it), and we may publish a general page about the hackfest instead which would remain permanently accessible. So first, someone should do the move. Then, would you like the general page to come alive? I think that would be a nice thing, as pages from the menu are semantically meant to be quite static — so we could let a page and add updated information when needed with links to news articles. Also, donations for the hackfest seem to remain possible along the year. Consequently, we would need someone to write that page.
