Here's a first draft of the guidelines. I'm sure it can be more
concise, if necessary. But I'm still not sure where would be the best place to
put it. The black space on the gallery page? A separate page, with a link on
the upload form? Comments and/or edits welcome!

You'll notice the first guideline is really a question whether the
guidelines should include instructions for uploading. I guess once Martin
finishes the new functionality for uploading a link, it won't be necessary.
But
if we put this into action on the website before that, people will probably
need
instructions. Well, at least I will. I tried to do it the other day, but
couldn't figure it out.
Another thing I'm not sure about. When Martin said there would be 2
big
categories, vetted and not vetted, I wasn't clear if that is going to be 2
different galley pages? Or would it be filters (like the Inkscape version,
platform, and extension type, on the Extension page
