As a moderator/curator, you can add tags (=filters) yourself - but right now, this functionality is broken. It /could/ be done via admin interface, but tag entering is rather tedious there.
Can you make a report, so we can remember that we need to curate and tag our own, official, Inkscape uploads? This reminds me: would this need to be added to the suggestions you sent me an hour ago?
