as my Croatian is a bit... non-existant, I'd like to have Mihaela's opinion on the manual you found. I'm including her in CC. Mihaela, can you have a rough look at it, please, and let us know if it's fine to link to? As long as we're only linking to it, it seems fine to include it from the licencing point of view.
