What are you talking about exactly? You should just make a copy of the
header and the footer, then open it with Inkscape and make it great for
South Korean readers.

For my part, I’d say we’re actually much counting on your wish to make a
good translation, hoping it will make you make a good translation — :).
As a translator for French, I barely got tips that were not specific to
French. Be careful to use a consistent vocabulary for technical Inkscape
terms, and of course write as nicely as in this email you sent to us.
Then your translation might be better than some other translations which
already exist — ;).
