The irony of this question is just overbearing. You see, the person
responsible for keeping PPM in sync with CPAN is *me*. So I'll let you
in on a little secret. The new Inline (0.31) will be available from
ActiveState sometime tommorrow. I'm not making a special case. This is
just a fact. And a coincidence.
In the mean time, you can always get the module directly from CPAN and
install it yourself. Do this:
1) Download http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/I/IN/INGY/Inline-0.31.tar.gz
