Unfortunately, everything that I've posted on cpan using Inline::C has
some silly licensing issue with the C library. CAD::Drawing::IO::DWGI
is pretty extensive, but the OpenDWG libraries are not as easy to get
as they were when I wrote it (still free-beer, black-box, but now
requires jumping through hoops involving physical mail.)

Sadly, posting Inline::C code on CPAN doesn't happen much due to the
installer difficulties. How many Inline::C-generated XS modules are
there and how does one discover them? More importantly, how does one
find the original source?
