I think it's better to put it on CPAN right away, don't wait for
tester approval. It makes it easier for people to look at Changes
files, etc. through search.cpan.org.
Yep, in future I'll just upload to CPAN, and announce here.
It's now at http://search.cpan.org/~sisyphus/Inline-0.44_01/ , though it
might not yet have reached all mirrors.
