I saw a big jump in smoke testers passing Inline::CPP after Inline
version 0.49 was released. Thanks!

I've made a few other tweaks that seems to have gotten Inline::CPP to
about a 93% success rate with the smoke testers. That's a lot better
than less than 10% a week ago.

But here's one that somehow didn't get the message:

http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/d4bf9379-6d64-1014-8708-fa3e1267b5eb

I won't copy and paste the whole text from the smoke tester, but
here's a small snippet:

------------------------------

Compilation failed in require at (eval 11) line 1.
Error. You have specified 'CPP' as an Inline programming language.

I currently only know about the following languages:
    C, Foo, foo

If you have installed a support module for this language, try deleting the
config-MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-5.012003 file from the following
Inline DIRECTORY, and run again:

    C:/strawberry/cpan/build/Inline-CPP-0.33-MbzsXb/_Inline

(And if that works, please file a bug report.)

--------------------------

It also says that it's failed to find Parse::RecDescent, but lower
down in the report mentions that Parse::RecDescent is installed. If
anyone has any thoughts I'm scratching my head on this one.
