We just needed a quick & dirty RURBAN/Inline-0.54_02.tar.gz for rperl to
refer to.
The step of uploading a file with a unique name turns out to be unnecessary.
David Golden later pointed out to me that the "Dear XXX" near the top of the
tester's report correctly identifies whose distro was the subject of the
report.
