I have a straightforward patch for DCMTKImageIO that will allow it to read 4D Single-file Multi-volume Philips Dicom files.
SeƱor Prieto determined that in the case of the files he's trying to read, the Philips private tag 2001,1017 (Number of Phases MR) gives the number of 'phases' or volumes in a 4D volume. My question is this: has anyone encountered other multi-slice DICOM files with > 3D, and do you have any pointers to documentation of how to recover the volume count? -- Kent Williams [email protected] ________________________________ Notice: This UI Health Care e-mail (including attachments) is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. 2510-2521, is confidential and may be legally privileged.
