Hi Matt, looks like you did it !! The SW Guide was successfully generated (in Release mode and using the ITK superbuild).
So as for the last of the compiler issues, the thing is that, as you said, the argument of the DVIPS_CONVERTER CMake variable had to go between inverted commas. In my case (Windows), it pointed to "C:/Program Files/MiKTeX 2.9/miktex/bin/x64/dvips.exe". Besides, as you said, in order for it to work (compile), I had to point the CMake binaries to ITKSoftwareGuide-build, generate and build that. Then go back to the parent (original) bin folder, configure and generate. Et voilà, the compiler generated the ITK Software Guide in PDF. Amazing. As a feature request, I guess it would be great if it worked when USET_SYSTEM_ITK is ON. Now, let's see how to I replicate the process for a software of our own.
