THANKS.  A gerrit patch is being created.

I remove all the integer base complex types  because they were never used.

Also, I determined that it is highly likely that those types were simply
copy/paste paradigm of other macro wrappings where integer types do make
sense.


Also as a side note from my previous example

clang++ x.cpp ­o test <‹ FAILED to compile
clang++ x.cpp ­o test -stdlib=libstdc++ <‹ PASSED COMPLIATION
