Sean, Thanks for making the changes.
It seems that it now goes ahead and uses 13 minutes :-/ http://open.cdash.org/viewTest.php?onlyfailed&buildid=3180454 http://open.cdash.org/testDetails.php?test=217637789&build=3180454 It might be related to, as you pointed out, running the tests in parallel. I believe there is an option for indicating that a particular test should run by itself (not in parallel). Maybe something like set_tests_properties(TESTNAME PROPERTIES RUN_SERIAL 1) as it is currently being used in: Modules/Core/Common/test/CMakeLists.txt set_tests_properties(itkObjectFactoryTest2 PROPERTIES RUN_SERIAL 1) Luis On Fri, Jan 17, 2014 at 12:41 PM, Sean McBride <[email protected]>wrote: > On Fri, 17 Jan 2014 11:57:24 -0500, Bradley Lowekamp said: > > >Did you set the above environment variables? > > > >These can be some expensive operations.
